一、研究方向
随着“饲料端禁抗、养殖端限抗”政策的全面落实,急需开发抗生素替代品。我们围绕这一产业需求,以抗菌肽为着力点,致力于研究:
1、天然产物中挖掘新型抗菌肽和抗菌剂,并对其进行改造;
2、以金黄色葡萄球菌为靶标菌,阐明抗菌肽的作用机理,开展联合用药研究;
3、以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和毕赤酵母为表达宿主,构建抗菌肽高表达体系,实现抗菌肽规模化生产。
